APB brings software defined capabilities to FPV drones. This allows for a brand new world of possibilities that we couldn’t hope to capture comprehensively here.

On the flight controller, APB can run any modern flight controller software including PX4 and Ardupilot. This allows it to leverage flight controls and dynamics that were not previously commonly available on FPVs: Mission planning, hold behaviours, multiple flight modes, return to home, obstacle avoidance and more.

On the flight computer, APB can host large amounts of processing applications – including real time video processing. This opens APB to be at the center of a new digital-first FPV experience, allowing for full software processing of all data streams while retaining the performance of analog transmission and control systems.

FPV ISR

FPV drones bring speed and agility to any operation. This can bring significant advantages to understanding a situation quickly. 

With APB, you can bring in multiple cameras and program object detection to help with vision fatigue.

FPV Autonomy 

Flying FPV can be daunting. With APB, you can bring multiple flight mode which makes it easier to choose when to activate the full advantages of FPV – including letting the drone fly itself through mission systems or AI-driven autonomy.

Telecommunications Infrastructure

APB allows you to connect any communication system you would want. From point to point analog to digital mesh, the limit is your imagination.

This makes APB a great core flight stack for any drone destined to augment telecommunication infrastructure.

Multi Domain Robotics

It’s easy to box APB to FPVs because it is where it found its calling, but its capability allow you to create rovers, fixed wing and even marine robotics vehicles.
